Melting Equipment Laborer

The Melting Equipment Laborer will:
- Prepare, load, deliver, and unload materials using a tow motor.
- Use a variety of tools such as levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, etc.
- Operate the shot blasting equipment.
- Operate industrial painting equipment.
- Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures.
- Maintain housekeeping of designated and assigned areas in the shop.
- Responsible for shop recycling efforts.
- Operate hoists or cranes to move parts into position.
- Ensure completed work meets standards.
- Comply with all Butech Bliss safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:
- Problem analysis and solving skills that display an attention to detail.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, push and pull.
- High School diploma or GED.
